The restaurant Il Feriolo offers different types of cuisine, depending on the needs and demands of our customers. Among these, the traditional Tuscan cuisine, international cuisine with realization of specific complete menus (vegetarian, gluten-free, for people with food intolerances) and research experimental kitchen with dishes of our invention or personalized.
The restaurant serves:
Vegetarian – with cheese, truffle, mushroom; Tuscan and Cinta Senese; Game; Fantasies of small pieces of toast.
Home-made pasta – pappardelle, ravioli, tasty fagottini, cappelli di prete.
First courses and risotto with truffles, with mushrooms, with Barolo and Chianti wine, with cinta senese and with game.
Game (boar, deer, venison, duck, hare, pheasant, partridges, little birds), roasts, steaks and fillets cooked on the barbecue, fillets and sirloins.
Seasonal vegetables au gratin, fried and grilled.
